In this session, we will share the journey of participatory budgeting at Slobodná škola – how it started, evolved, and the lessons learned along the way. We’ll highlight both successes and failures, offering a realistic view of what works and what doesn’t. Participants will explore opportunities for students, teachers, and committees to be involved in shaping the school’s budget, fostering shared responsibility. This session combines storytelling, reflection, and peer discussion, leaving attendees with practical ideas to bring participatory budgeting into their own communities.
