Maryna Savchuk, is CEO of Volnobeh, an organization in rural Slovakia. Originally from Ukraine, she has extensive experience in youth leadership, refugee integration, and community-based education. She has dedicated herself to creating inclusive, community-based learning spaces. In Žakarovce, she is transforming a neglected building into a hub for worldschooling, environmental education, youth exploration. Maryna’s approach combines hands-on projects, cross-cultural insight, and participatory learning, empowering young people to discover, collaborate, and grow. Her work reflects a deep belief that education can connect communities, nurture curiosity, and foster sustainable, equitable futures.
