Myth about managing a Democratic School / Hub

I want to hold a space to learn more about why people wants to start and join a D.E. school/ hub, how do they make it work, how do they make it sustained and what challenges they encounter so as to find out what is the core values hold to run and lead the running of a D.E. school/ hub. This is more on the side of managing a D.E. school / hub. And this will be a merely peer discussion session(s), of course I would share my experience in the beginning to explain why I want to start this.
